Managed servitude

2025-10-07

Employment's just slavery with a LinkedIn glow-up and a 401(k). Same chains, slicker branding-now with standing desks and free snacks. We traded iron shackles for tax forms and overseers for HR reps who enforce compliance with a smile. Nations? Glorified labor camps wrapped in flags, where bureaucrats leech off the productive and corporations play feudal lords, swapping whips for mandatory Zoom pep rallies.

"Full-time employment" means no time to live. You're a cog in the machine: wake, commute, shit, shower, grind, repeat. If you're lucky, you get a half-hour to doomscroll on your glowing rectangle, pretending you're free. They called it a "career" because "part-time servitude" didn't vibe with the focus groups.

Education? Once a pursuit of truth, now it's ideological programming to churn out genderless, sexless drones for the corporate hive. Schools don't forge thinkers; they mold obedient cogs. Kids are trained like lab rats-bells, desks, permission to exist-prepped for a lifetime of bowing to authority. By college, the woke mind virus, a government-orchestrated psyop laced with feminism to funnel women into the workforce, is injected into young minds, turning campuses into echo chambers of approved dogma. The higher you climb the academic ladder, the more specialized and narrow-minded you become, obsessed with parroting "correct" truths for tenure or a paycheck.

We're told we're free because we can choose our masters-pick your poison, your debt, your illusion of control. Then we celebrate "Labor Day," a pat on the head for selling our souls one billable hour at a time. Welcome to Humanity 2.0: slavery, but with better Wi-Fi and a catchier tagline.
